Does anyone still play Counterstrike? Or am I just an out of touch old man?
If so, want to put your steam account names up here?

I want it, but I don't have the cash for it.

Dude, it costs next to nothing. But to be fair, if you have COD or something you probably wouldn't want it. You kids and your newfangled graphics.

Right, because the Wii's 240p Black Ops is good graphics, I just meant that my money is spread thinly.

Seth_God would be my steam, and I do have the game. I love it. Since I got my new computer though it almost never turns on for some reason.. it's real glitchy on me. (I will open the game and hl2.exe will open but not the game and if I retry it will say the game is already running)

Hmmm... might want to google that. I have the simple issue of my home internet not being powerful enough at the moment, so it's completely unplayable.

Oh trust me, I've googled it. Even asked my own question on the cstrike forums. Their enlightening answer was "maybe your laptop is overheating and your graphics card melted". Sure. Oh well, maybe someday I will figure it out. The sad thing is whenever I CAN play I never get any lag and the framerate is phenomenal.

Man that's frustrating. Do you have hl2, and if so does that work?

I've got all of the original Orange Box actually but I've only tried CS:S on my new computer. I really should get around to checking out TF2 or just hl2 period when I have the time... and when my monthly download limit permits it. =P

I think it may be an issue with the Steam Game Interface though. Looking at my processes I see that when the problem occurs "hl2.exe" is running but the "GameOverlayUI.exe" didn't start for some reason...
