Who's KEVIN?! Empty Who's KEVIN?!

I almost posted this in deep discussion...

Who is this kevin youtube speaks of? Whenever I upload something and put "Let's Play" in the tags, "Kevin" pops up in that "recommended tags" place. Who is this kevin? Never heard of an LPer by the name of kevin. Yes this is partially a super random question but I am also curious to see if any of you get this kevin guy in your recommended tags when you upload LPs?
