Google+ VS Facebook

Will Google+ barely cringe the social networking monopoly Mark Zuckerberg has set up, or will Google's newest plan at conquering the internet succeed the lot and become the new networking number one and leave Facebook on the leagues of the forgotten Myspace?

I honestly haven't made one yet, I made my mom one because she is linked to my Google account for shotguhn, I haven't made my own.

It's fantastic really, i'd like to go into details but I have a headache right now...

Well I have never seen Google+ but personally I myself hate everything about facebook. That is just me though, so if Google+ is similar to facebook then I will probably hate that too.

On the OTHER hand, if it provides Social Networking that is not just a tool for stalkers and posting useless stuff that leads to nothing but drama or displays of stupidity, then I'm all for it.

I like the stalking aspects. It's how I keep in touch with all the gossip.

Google+ has the ability to CHOOSE what people see and who see's it. You can choose just to let a select person see your pictures, posts or an group of people and no more. It's REALLY tight on security. It also has video calls. group chats, group video and group youtube sharing.

Now that does sound better than facebook, but the question is will it deliver those things in a user friendly manner that is manageable by the average simpleton that uses facebook. =P

It is manageable, you set your "Circles" which is your organization of friends, acquaintances, followers, etc, and then choose which of those there or the entire Circle to be blocked to that post or choose a certain Circle to see it or what not

I hope APC makes a Google+ for some reason. It will be interesting to make a circle that contains only A Perfect Circle.

Well you can make as many Circles you want and name it whatever you wish and choose who goes in which so yeah

Knowing Google and how its monopolistic mind works (sort of) they probably know a way to get ahead of Facebook, even though I'm almost sure Google will use the BETA version for 10billion years.
As an add-on, I hate Facebook, but Google+ seems more trustworthy.

Yea Google tends to not actually release stuff. Though I can tell you one way Google+ could get ahead of facebook: putting their own site first whenever someone searches "Facebook" or "Social Networking" on Google. XD
